2. Technology scheme of wastewater treatment system for laundry industry

- Wastewater generated from sources according to the wastewater collection network flows into the collection pit of the treatment plant. Immediately after that, wastewater will be pumped to the regulating tank.

- In the tank, the submersible mixer will mix the wastewater evenly across the tank area, preventing sedimentation in the tank from generating unpleasant odors. Waste water from the regulating tank will be pumped to the reactor.

- At the reaction tank, flocculation chemicals are added to the tank with certain doses and strictly controlled by chemical metering pumps.

The sludge in the wastewater mixture will be retained at the bottom of the sedimentation tank. This sludge is pumped through the sludge tank, the water after sludge separation will flow to the intermediate tank and be pumped through the multi-layer pressure filter tank.

- Waste water after going through the pressure filter tank will run through the dry nano tank to remove the remaining SS remaining in the wastewater, and disinfect the wastewater before the wastewater is discharged into the receiving source.

- The sludge in the sludge storage tank is pumped through a conveyor sludge press to remove water, reducing the sludge volume. Dry sludge is collected and processed periodically by functional agencies. In the sludge tank, air will be supplied to the tank to avoid odors caused by the biodegradation of organic matter.
