WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM FOR RESIDENTIAL AREA
1. Overview of residential area
- Currently, Vietnams economy is transforming to integrate into the world economy, the process of industrialization and modernization is constantly developing. The population is increasing rapidly. Therefore, residential areas have sprung up more and more.
- In addition, the management and treatment of wastewater have not been thoroughly, leading to polluted water sources and gradually polluted groundwater, affecting peoples lives.
2. Origin of residential wastewater generation
- Domestic wastewater is water discharged from the daily life of people, including activities: bathing, cleaning, cleaning, cooking, etc
- Rainwater: Rainwater does not cause pollution, but the roof and yard is paved with asphalt will lose water permeability, rainwater will sweep waste and sand into the drainage system will cause blockage of the drainage system. water affects the environment.

3. Technology scheme of residential wastewater treatment system
- Inlet wastewater according to the collection system is led through a deep-sized collection pit, in the collection pit, a pump is arranged to pump wastewater into a regulating tank, and the conditioning tank is continuously disturbed by air blowers. used to regulate the nature and flow of wastewater in the production process.
- Anoxic tank combined with Aerotank can be synthesized: reducing BOD, reducing NH and reducing NO to N. Wastewater in Aerotank tanks is continuously circulated back to Anoxic tank to perform the process of deionizing NO in wastewater.
- Aerotank tank: Microorganisms in Aerotank tank will be added periodically from the circulating mud in sedimentation tanks. These microorganisms will decompose organic matter into the end product of carbon dioxide and HO, reducing the concentration of dirt in the wastewater.
- After biological treatment, wastewater overflows to sedimentation tanks to settle the sludge. Here, water moves in the central pipe to the bottom of the tank and then moves from the bottom up to the water collection trough to overflow to the disinfection tank.
- In Javen sterilization tanks: Javen water will be pumped into wastewater by quantitative pumps. Thanks to the effect of strong oxidizing agents, dangerous microorganisms in wastewater will be destroyed, ensuring the microbiological standards.
- Finally, wastewater is pumped into a pressure filter tank to remove residual residue that the sedimentation process has not yet done, ensuring transparency before being put into receiving sources. Post-treatment wastewater meets QCVN standards. 40: 2011 / BTNMT will discharge to the receiving source.
