GOOSE GLUTINOUS RICE - NEP NGONG

Nep Ngong is a well-known and premium glutinous rice variety from Southern Vietnam. The grains are large, resembling miniature goose eggs. When cooked, the rice becomes pleasantly sticky, lightly fragrant, and naturally sweet - similar to the Hoa Vang glutinous rice of Northern Vietnam. The product is processed under a strict production system with tight control from sourcing to preliminary handling, ensuring consistent quality. Additionally, Phu Minh Tam’s Nep Ngong is packed in thick, airtight bags that effectively protect the rice from insects and external factors.

Processing and Preservation Process

After being received, raw materials are transported to Phu Minh Tam’s factory and preserved using a modern fumigation system before entering the closed, modern production and packaging line.
