Product Uses

Nep Sap can be used to prepare dishes such as sticky rice, banh chung, sweet soups, or to make fermented glutinous rice wine, ruou de, and ruou can.
Glutinous rice flour is used to make various traditional cakes such as banh nep, banh giay, fried glutinous cakes, banh troi, banh gai, banh com, etc.
It is also used to make dishes like butterfly pea sticky rice, white sticky rice, banana-wrapped sticky rice, and banh troi made from glutinous rice flour.
