BROWN RICE

Brown rice is a type of rice that is milled to remove only the husk while retaining the bran layer, which is rich in vitamins and trace elements. If the bran layer is completely removed, it produces white rice, the type we eat daily. The bran of brown rice contains many essential nutrients such as vitamin E, vitamin B1, B3, B6, magnesium, manganese, fiber, iron, and more.

Processing and storage:

After receiving the raw material, it is transferred to the Phu Minh Tam factory and sterilized using a modern fumigation system, then processed and packed in a modern, closed production line. Only rice that meets quality standards is weighed, packed, and labeled before reaching the market. The entire process is strictly controlled from input to finished product to ensure the rice retains its natural flavor, is safe for health, and meets quality standards before reaching consumers.

Usage and storage instructions:

Store in a dry, cool, and ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight.

Cooking instructions:

Rinse the rice 2-3 times, place it in a pot, add water at a ratio of 1 part rice : 1.2 parts water (adjust water according to personal preference). Cook on heat until water boils evenly, then turn off the heat and let sit for about 15 minutes. Turn on the heat again and cook until fully done.
