***Service Introduction
Equalization Tank
To balance the flow rate and concentration of the wastewater, an air agitation system operates continuously, ensuring consistent mixing while maintaining a stable pH level. An automatic pH control system doses NaOH or acid into the tank as needed.
Sand Sedimentation Tank
From the equalization tank, wastewater is pumped to the first sedimentation tank to remove suspended solids and sand particles. After this initial sedimentation, the wastewater proceeds to the physico-chemical treatment stage through the flotation method.
Flotation Tank
The flotation tank removes oil, grease, suspended solids, surfactants, and insoluble organic matter. The floating contaminants are skimmed off by a sludge scraping system and directed to the sludge collection tank.
Aerotank Bioreactor
Instant noodle processing wastewater contains high concentrations of biodegradable organic matter. The aerotank is an aerobic biological treatment tank that uses microorganisms to degrade these organic substances effectively.
Secondary Sedimentation Tank
After the biological treatment process, the wastewater, containing activated sludge, flows into the secondary sedimentation tank, where the sludge is allowed to settle.
Disinfection Tank
The treated water from the secondary sedimentation tank flows into an intermediate tank, which stabilizes the flow rate and ensures consistency before entering the disinfection tank.
The water is then directed to the disinfection tank, where pathogenic microorganisms are eliminated before discharge into the receiving body.
Sludge collected from the sludge collection tank is pumped to a sludge thickening tank and may be dewatered using a sludge press to reduce volume prior to periodic treatment.
