- Only trained personnel with proper operating safety training are allowed to use the equipment.
- Nitrogen gas does not support life or combustion and can cause suffocation or death without warning.
- If inhaled and suffocating, move the affected person to fresh air immediately. If breathing stops, administer artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, supply oxygen and seek immediate medical attention.
- Do not use for medical treatments without a doctor’s instruction.
- Use only with pressure-regulating equipment, backflow prevention devices, and specialized tools cleaned and designated for nitrogen before use.
- Keep away from direct sunlight, store and use in well-ventilated areas.
- Always store gas cylinders upright and transport them using appropriate equipment do not roll or carry them manually.
- When using, open the valve slowly. Close the valve after each use and when the cylinder is empty.
- Maintain a minimum residual pressure of ≥ 5 bar after each use. The temperature inside the cylinder should not exceed 52°C.
By following these guidelines, you can safely handle and utilize nitrogen gas for various industrial applications.
