2. Tour itinerary:
★ Day 1 : Hanoi arrival - Get a pick up to hotel
- Ama Journey’s tour guide and driver are waiting for you to pick up and take a 45-minute transfer to your hotel in Hanoi old quarter.
- Check in at your hotel (check in time after 14.00), take a rest after your flight or enjoy a walk around to discover the 36 streets city followed by a welcome dinner at a restaurant in the old quarter.
- Overnight in Hanoi.

★ Day 2 : Hanoi - Transfer to Mai Chau - Village trekking
- Starting from Hanoi city. At 8.00 our AMA Journey’s tour guide and driver will meet you at your hotel to depart to Mai Chau.
- On the way, stop at Thung Khe pass to admire the spectacular view of the valley with rice fields and villages before arriving in Mai Chau at noon time.
- Only 150km away from Hanoi, Mai Chau valley is an unmissable place to relax and visit the local White Thai ethnic, discover their culture, daily life and beautiful landscapes.
- Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local family in the village. Take a short break before strolling around the Lac, Na Pon, Poong Com village with peaceful traditional stilts houses next to each other without any fence.
- Bikes are available to explore from the villages to villages, seeing rural work on the rice fields, encountering local people and visiting the weaving craftsman’s family.
- Return to the accommodation in the late afternoon. Having a hot shower before enjoying a cozy dinner in a comfortable peaceful atmosphere that could not be described in words.
- Overnight in Mai Chau

★ Day 3 : Mai Chau - Visit Hang Chieu cave - Pu Luong trekking
- Breakfast at your accommodation.
- Transfer to discover the local Mai Chau market, seeing the locals trading their goods.
- The next will be an amazing Hang Chieu (Chieu Cave). Enjoy 1200 steps to the entrance gate of the cave that will offer the best breathtaking panoramic view of the valley and village with rice fields.
- From the entrance to the first part of the cave is about 16m and it is also called the main cave with a length of about 50m, a width of 35m, the height of the cave is up to 55m. When you go deeper inside the cave, you will see all the beauties of this place, it will help you to create the imagination of many shapes.
- Walk down and transfer to Pu Luong. Having lunch and relaxation before enjoying a trekking along the valley of this beautiful region. Easily following the trail to the Chom Uoi and Chom Lan village.
- This amazing trekking will bring to you the changing of landscapes from rice terraces to ponds, streams and the mountain range.
- Keep enjoying the walk to Pho Doan. Meeting our driver and returning to the homestay.

★ Day 4 : Pu Luong trekking - Hieu Waterfall
- Breakfast at your accommodation.
- Starting a full day of hard trekking from your homestay to Hieu waterfall. This waterfall originates from a rocky cave in Pu Luong limestone mountain range that makes the water clear and clean. The impressive trekking will be around 10 km on the small road and on the trail through the rice field, villages then the jungles to reach the Hieu waterfall.
- Enjoy a lunch and then free time to relax and swim in the waterfall or take another 1 hour to climb up to the mountain that is alongside the waterfall to admire the stunning panoramic view from the peak.
- After that, we meet our driver to transfer back to the accommodation for a shower and dinner.
- End of the amazing trekking day.
- Overnight in Pu Luong

★ Day 5 : Pu Luong - Transfer to Ninh Binh: Van Long nature reserve
- At 8.00, after breakfast in Pu Luong, meet our tour guide and driver for a 2-hour journey to Ninh Binh.
- Arrive in Van Long around 10.00, enjoy a biking tour along the Van Long dyke and through the village to see the local life, the beauty of Van Long with water and mountain.
- Stop on route for beautiful photos and encounter with local people. Next, discover the hidden peaceful Thung La temple and listen to the history of this temple.
- Return to the village. Lunch will be served in a local restaurant, relaxing before enjoying a rowing boat trip to explore Van Long nature reserve. You may see the Monkeys on the cliffs of the mountain and egrets on the water of the nature reserve.
- After the boat trip, visiting one of the local families in the village to learn about the embroidery skill. There will be a short and small instruction course that will help you become an “embroidery craftsman.”
- Transfer to hotel in Tam Coc - Ninh Binh for overnight.

★ Day 6 : Biking Tam Coc - Thung Nham - Mua cave
- In the morning, after breakfast, enjoy the biking tour from Tam Coc throughout the villages, the rice fields, meeting friendly locals on the way, and maybe seeing the water buffalo in the rice fields. Followed by Bich Dong pagoda, stay an hour to discover this beautiful pagoda.
- Keep biking to Thung Nham zone, the place where tourists could feel as if they are in the middle of paradise on earth “Halong Bay on land”. Biking in the less touristy area and returning to Tam Coc center. Lunch is served at the local restaurant.
- After lunch, relax then enjoy a sampan boat trip in Tam Coc to explore the gorgeous landscapes, rowing through the 3 caves in the Ngo Dong stream.
- After Tam Coc, keep going by bike to the Mua cave, conquer 500 steps to the peak of limestone mountain to enjoy the wonderful panoramic view of rice fields and villages surrounding.

★ Day 7 : Ninh Binh - Halong Bay Cruise
- In the morning, after breakfast, pick up at your hotel in Ninh Binh and transfer to Halong Bay.
- After a 3.5 hour transfer, arrive in Tuan Chau island, welcomed by cruises staff, enjoy a welcome drink and check in procedure for an overnight cruise in Halong bay – Lan Ha Bay.
- A sumptuous lunch will be served in the cruise while cruising through the Halong Bay to Lan Ha Bay.
- Explore the Dave and Bright Cave – famous for natural beauty in the pristine area of Lan Ha Bay. This will be the best time for some interesting activities such as kayaking, bamboo boat rowing, swimming or simply relaxing on the cruise.
- In the evening, dinner is in the cruise before join in some fishing activities and overnight on the cruise in Lan Ha Bay

★ Day 8 : Halong Bay - Returning to Hanoi
- Tai Chi lesson is available in the early morning before a nice breakfast.
- Then discover the Trung Trang cave – one of the most impressive caves in the middle of Cat Ba island. This is the natural limestone cave with thousand beautiful stalagmites and stalactites in different amazing shapes.
- Lunch is ready on the cruise after checking out the room and cruising back to the pier. Meeting our driver and transferring back to Hanoi.
- Drop off at your hotel in Hanoi
