 EURO POLYMERS PU 600 INSULATION 

PU-600 is a two-component polyurethane insulating coating. In addition to the outstanding features of Polyurethane paint such as abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and very good outdoor weather resistance, the PU-600 paint also has excellent thermal insulation properties.

➦ Application range: 

• Metal roofs, steel structures. concrete roofs, walls.... 

➦ Surface preparation

• The substrate should be clean and free from laitance, oil, dust, paint residues, algae, loose and friable material must be completely removed from all surfaces before application of the product 

• Primer requested prior application of PU-600 

➦ Application

• Surface temperature must be at least 3°C above dew point

• The ambient temperature < 40°C and humidity 5 80% RH

• In enclosed area. it must be well ventilated to ensure safety and explosive
