 EURO POLYMERS UP-100 PRIMER 

UP-100 is 1 component, clear Polyurethane primer. Low viscosity, high penetrating: ideally use as primer for liquid applied Polyurethane waterproofing 

➦ Application range: 

• UP-100 has high adhesion and is used on many types of substrates such as: Concrete, mortar, metal ...

• UP-100 has good long-term mechanical impact resistance, and can also be used as a protective layer against grease and waste water.

➦ Feature

• Easy to apply (brush, roller or spray ...)

• High adhesion, fast drying

• Moisture barrier for floors and walls

➦ Surface preparation 

•  The substrate should be clean and free from laitance, oil, dust, paint residues, algae, loose and friable material must be completely removed from all surfaces before application of the product

• Recommend sanding and cleaning the surface before application

• Surface humidity must be 5 75% RH

➦ Mixing

• Stir well UP-100 using paint mixer for 1-2 mins before application 

➦ Application

• Apply UP-100 Primer to surfaces, wait for 1-4 hours (maximum 24 hours) till it dried prior application of finishing coat

• Clean all tools, equipment using Thinner 18 right after finished

➦ Consumption

• 0.15 - 0.2 kg/m2

• The coverage might vary depend on the substrate absorbent
