1. Introduction:

- This type of rubber is widely used in the engineering industry, or products for daily life.

- Because of the nature of rubber such as unchanged viscosity, flexibility, adhesion properties define this type of rubber develops strongly in the domestic market as well as in the world.

- Application:

+ Because CV rubber (Constant viscosity) is characterized by unmodified viscosity and flexibility, it is preferred by manufacturers. Very good flexibility in the rolling process (Such as low energy, good mixture, high adhesion ability) will create a good and uniform product.

+ This type of rubber is used for making elastic band, glue, tire side, table tennis, etc.

2. Specifications:

SVR CV60 viscous stabilized rubber is packed into blocks and wrapped in PE bags according to the following criteria:

Thin bag: Normal polythene bags also call Normal Poly

+ Width: 500mm-550mm

+ Thickness: 0.03mm +/- 0.01mm

+ Maximum fire temperature: 109oC

+ Soft flowing temperature: 90-96oC

+ Density: 0.92g / cm3

Thick bag: Pilot plastic polythene bags called Thick Poly

+ Length: 950mm-1,050mm

+ Width: 500mm-550mm

+ Thickness: 0.10mm +/- 0.01mm

- Size:

+ Length: 670 mm +/- 20mm

+ Width: 330 mm +/- 20mm

+ High: 170 mm +/- 5mm
