SINGLE-FACED FOUR-WAY ENTRY WOODEN PALLETS
Including:
1. Standard Single-Faced Four-Way Entry Pallets/Locked-Leg Four-Way Entry Pallets
2. Single-Faced Four-Way Entry Pallets with Notched Legs
Purpose and Advantages of Standard Single-Faced Four-Way Entry Pallets and Locked-Leg Four-Way Entry Pallets

These wooden pallets are highly effective for load capacities of 800–1,200 kg/pallet, suitable for warehouse storage and multi-tiered racking systems.
The four-way entry design ensures easy and convenient handling, high durability, and the ability to stack goods efficiently within warehouses. The top and bottom slats typically feature widths of 100–120 mm and thicknesses of 18–22 mm, while connecting slats have thicknesses ranging from 18–24 mm. The load-bearing blocks are robust, measuring 80–90 mm in height. Locked-leg pallets enhance strength and durability by significantly increasing the contact surface area between the pallet and the goods stacked on the pallet beneath it.
General Standards:
-
Constructed from 100% new wood, fumigated to meet ISPM15 international standards.
-
Slats are planed on all four sides, precisely machined, and dimensionally accurate, even for automated production lines using sensor-based pallet detection.
-
Secured with 50 mm and 70 mm spiral nails.
-
Cracking or splitting of slats is minimized.
-
Moisture content is maintained at 20–25% with kiln drying for 3–5 days.
Purpose and Advantages of Single-Faced Four-Way Entry Pallets with Notched Legs

These pallets are simple to manufacture, lowest in cost, and feature a four-way entry design. However, they support lower load capacities of approximately 200–300 kg/pallet and are generally unsuitable for stacking due to the risk of crushing the goods on the pallets below.
This pallet type is produced quickly in large quantities, with a primary focus on minimizing production costs. It is constructed using B- or C-grade wood, allowing surface defects. Slats typically have widths of 70–90 mm and thicknesses of 14–16 mm. Dimensional tolerances are larger compared to other pallet types.
General Quality Standards:
-
Wood is unplaned, with a final moisture content of 25–30%, dried naturally under sunlight without kiln drying.
-
Fumigated to meet ISPM15 international standards.
-
Assembled with 50 mm hand-driven nails or spiral nails.
-
Designed primarily for single-use wooden pallets.
