- It is an Amino Acid extracted from cow bile. It is obtained from Isethionic Acid (2-Hydroxyethanesulfonic Acid), by the reaction of Ethylene Oxide with Sodium Bisulfite solution. Or another way is the reaction of Aziridine with sulfuric acid. It provides special physiological functions.

- Taurine also known as Aminoethanesulfoni Acid 2 has anti-inflammatory, antalgic, antipyretic, lowering blood sugar, keeping normal function in eyes by regulating neural behaviors. Taurine is widely used as an additive in milk, milk powder, juice, monosodium glutamate and bean products.
