Rodent Control Measures
Based on the principle of creating conditioned reflexes in rodents, then eliminating them using traps and chemicals. Since rodents are mammals with highly developed brains and conditioned reflexes, they are very “intelligent,” requiring strict technical procedures for effective control.
Process:
Step 1 – Baiting: Place bait repeatedly to establish feeding habits, then mix chemicals into food combined with traps to eliminate rodents.
Step 2 – Alternating Methods: Combine both trapping and chemical methods for maximum effectiveness.
Application Areas:
Outside the house: Use biological bait boxes placed around the perimeter to form a barrier, eliminating rodents on a wide scale and preventing intrusion.
Inside the house (protected areas): Alternate between:
Manual methods: Steel traps and glue traps, rotated periodically.
Chemical methods: Bait laced with chemicals, exploiting conditioned reflexes to achieve mass extermination.
