Container Disinfection Service
One of the largest channels for international trade is maritime transport, where goods are packed into containers for shipment. Therefore, disinfecting goods inside containers prior to export is an international quarantine regulation designed to control and minimize the spread of insects and harmful organisms between countries through trade.

Warranty for Exported Goods After Disinfection
Disinfecting goods before export is a mandatory international regulation to prevent the spread of pests. To ensure quality, our company guarantees disinfection effectiveness under the following conditions:
Warranty Conditions:
Container seals remain intact upon arrival.
Responsibility applies only if live insects are detected immediately upon opening the container by the local quarantine authority at the first port of entry (not via intermediate ports).
Non-Warranty Cases:
Goods packed too tightly without pallet spacing, preventing fumigant penetration.
Goods wrapped in PE film without perforation.
Insufficient fumigation duration: less than 72 hours for phosphine (PH3) or less than 24 hours for methyl bromide (MB).
Loose cargo mixed with untreated goods during transport.
Wooden packaging not fully debarked or lacking proper ISPM 15 marking.
Containers with large holes or poor sealing, causing fumigant leakage.
Container Ventilation After Disinfection
Containers must be ventilated after fumigation to remove residual gas and protect human health.
Definition:
Ventilation is the process of eliminating fumigant gases from containers and goods, ensuring residual MB concentration <0.2 ppm.
Methods Applied:
Method 1: After fumigation and sealing, containers are transported to Hai Phong Port. Our staff removes sealing tape from ventilation holes before loading onto ships.
Method 2: Containers transported unsealed to Hai Phong Port. Our staff opens doors and ventilation holes under customer supervision for one hour, then reseals before shipment.
Limitations:
Fumigant gases may dissipate during transport.
Cleaning effectiveness cannot be fully controlled.
Therefore, our company does not assume responsibility for claims regarding excessive chemical residues in containers or goods.
