2. Fixation: Using pan-frying or steaming to halt oxidation, preserving the tea’s natural color and aroma.
3. Rolling: The leaves are rolled to release their essence.
4. Drying: The moisture content is reduced to lock in flavor and aroma.
5. Sorting: Tea leaves are sorted by grade for different product uses.
6. Packaging: Packaged to maintain quality during transport.
