1. Introduction to Flame Retardant PP Pellets

Flame Retardant PP Pellets are plastic granules that have been treated to resist fire. They are classified into three levels: V0, V1, and V2, each representing a different degree of flame resistance.

≫ Characteristics:

- Higher heat resistance compared to pure PP.
- Excellent mechanical properties, low shrinkage, and high UL rating (V2-V0).
- Flame retardant, low smoke emission, low density, easy molding, high gloss, good cold resistance, toughness, and impact resistance.

≫ Applications:

Manufacturing household appliances: electrical equipment, heaters, automotive parts, TV socket covers, fuse covers, telecommunications accessories, etc.
