① Static Chain Grate Coal-Fired Boilers
The static chain grate coal-fired boiler is a cornerstone in METTECH’s product line, offering a reliable solution for steam output ranging from 150 kg/h to 4T/h. These boilers feature a standard configuration that includes comprehensive dust treatment, water treatment systems, and chemical dosing pumps to enhance operational stability, extend lifespan, and meet stringent environmental standards.
The WV model static grate coal-fired boiler is a vertical coal-fired boiler, so the capacity is limited to a range of 0.15-0.75 tons/hour. However, it is extremely space-saving, compact, and simple to operate. Designed and manufactured by METTECH for units using small amounts of steam heat, it contributes only a small part to the production line. Therefore, it will not be equipped with fully automatic systems like high-end products with larger capacity but ensures that the initial investment cost, maintenance cost, and labor will be significantly lower.
As the model with the largest size and capacity in the static grate coal-fired boiler product line, Model KE still retains the same principles and operating methods as Model E. Capacity is only about 3–4 tons/hour, suitable for customers who use a moderate amount of steam but still save on investment and labor costs.

Structure
● Combustion chamber: The chain grate structure burns fuel on the grate surface moving along the furnace. Coal feeding equipment and mechanical slag discharge ensure stable operation. A strong, evenly distributed air supply system allows adjustments at different locations for optimal combustion. The special refractory material structure ensures reliability in harsh environments.
● Steam chamber: Includes two balongs arranged along the furnace body and a combination of fire tubes, water tubes, or natural circulation water tubes, depending on the furnace capacity.
