Description of process:
The mix of oil and water will be pumped into the phase separation tank, including (1) the oil phase, and (2) the water phase.
The oil was separated and passed through a mixing tank. In the mixing tank, coagulate matter will be added with appropriate concentration. The mixing will be stirred for 30-60 minutes (speed of 20 rounds/min).
The above oil will be recovered for re-use. The bottom sediment is mixed with sawdust and then burned in an incinerator (two steps) with gas emission control.
2. Recycle Solvent
Description of process
Types of solvent will be added to the distillation system recovered solvent heated to temperatures of about 40 ÷ 2000C.
The solvent from the tank (1) is pumped into the heating pot (2) to a certain volume. The resistance system will provide thermal for the mixture to an evaporation temperature, solvent vapor is led into the condenser (4) (water is used to condense the solvent product).
After distillation products are directed through the separator (5), the un pure solvent is pumped through circulation (7) back to the distillation column, and the pure solvents are recovered and reused. The residual will be blowdown periodically and treated by burning in a two-level-incinerator with for gas treatment system.
3. Recycle Drums and Tanks
Description of process
Drums and tanks are collected, transported to VINAUSEN’s factory, and then put into the soak tank for a while to remove part of the adsorptions on top and within the tank surface. After that, the drums will be removed from soak tanks and cleaned with detergent in a pressure cleaning system. Clean drums and tanks are reused in Chemistry or oil storage.
Wastewater generated from the cleaning system will be treated at VINAUSEN wastewater treatment system before discharge into the waste treatment of the Industrial part. The residual from the cleaning process will be treated by burning in a two-level incinerator with a gas treatment system. Ash after the burning process will be hardened and buried in landfills.
4. Recycle Battery
Description of process
The battery will be separated into plastic, lead, and acid solution. Lead is recycled by melting in a special blast furnace. Plastic is cleaned in the washing system and then recycled. Acid solution and water from the rinse battery will be collected into the tank. NaOH solvent will be added into the tank to adjust pH ~6 – 7,5, stabilization/ solidification precipitate agent will be stored in a landfill. Solution after neutralization will be tested before disposal into the drainage of the Industrial Park. The residual created from the process will be treated by burning in a two-level incinerator with a gas treatment system. Ash after the burning process will be hardened and storage in landfills
5. Recycle electronic waste, metals, and others
In addition to the above types of scrap, VINAUSEN also recycles electronic waste, rubber, plastic, paper, iron and steel, and other types of scrap.
