The origin of our coffee

1.1. The origin

Our product has its origin in Lam Dong, Vietnam – an area which is favored by nature for its cool climate and high mountainous terrain. This is the reason why Arabica coffee beans in Lam Dong are well-known for their high quality and also the reason why we have chosen Lam Dong as our product’s place of origin – to offer our customers the best quality Arabica coffee beans. 

After that, we carefully to deliver only Arabica beans with excellent quality to our factory at Hoa Phu industrial zone, Buon Ma Thuot district, Daklak, Viet Nam to continue its unique journey. 

1.2. Product details

Shape: Arabica coffee beans have an elliptical shape, a groove in the middle of the bean has a wavy shape.

Colour: When unroasted, Arabica coffee (left) has a lighter color than Robusta coffee (right). The green color of Arabica coffee has a slightly gray color.

Caffeine content: The caffeine content in Arabica beans is about 0,8 – 1,5%

Taste: Arabica coffee has a sour taste, but the taste of Arabica coffee is not completely sour. When swallowed, it will have a mildly bitter taste, which is called the aftertaste of coffee.

Aroma: The aroma of Arabica is very sweet and soft. Arabica coffee after bartending has very different attractive aromas such as floral, fruity, chocolate. Depending on the farming land and climate, Arabica coffee has different characteristic aromas. They can have the aroma of toasted bread, the aroma of fruit, or the aroma of honey.
