TEXTILE ROLLER

1. Material

- Polyurethane (PU) is the only material that is more elastic than rubber and more durable than metal. It is a material with a wide range of hardness (from smooth to tough), has oil resistance, tear resistance, scratch resistance and abrasion resistance many times higher than rubber. Compared with plastic, PU has excellent compressibility, elasticity and impact resistance.

- For that reason, it is used to replace rubber and plastic in many fields - Allowing to reduce the maintenance time of machines and equipment, and save money.

3. Technical advice

- In the process of using the roller for a while, the surface is hardened, so the roller should be re-ground so that the surface is evenly rounded, elastic, will reduce the pressure on the roller, thereby increasing the used time.

- When not using the roller, ink and oil must be cleaned from the surface and must be placed on the rack.
- Should be kept in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight and moisture. Appropriate temperature below 30 degrees Celsius.

- When transporting the roller, it must be carefully placed to avoid the rubber surface in contact with hard objects, easy to concave, scratch the surface.
