HIGH PRESSURE WHEEL

1. Production material

- Nam Hai Roller Company specializes in manufacturing new and restored wheels from a variety of special materials with complex shapes. We are ready to advise and provide professional opinions, to serve customers requirements with the most suitable and economical types of materials. The materials used by Nam Hai Roller to manufacture the wheel are:

- In particular, Polyurethane (PU) material is mostly used in wheel production by Nam Hai Roller, because PU has high tear resistance, scratch resistance, oil resistance, and especially PU has a higher compressive resistance than any other. Due to this feature, PU is an ideal material for the manufacture of all types of rubber wheels.

3. Technical advice

- In the process of using the roller for a while, the surface is hardened, so the roller should be re-ground so that the surface is evenly rounded, elastic, will reduce the pressure on the roller, thereby increasing the used time.

- When not using the roller, ink and oil must be cleaned from the surface and must be placed on the rack.
- Should be kept in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight and moisture. Appropriate temperature below 30 degrees Celsius.

- When transporting the roller, it must be carefully placed to avoid the rubber surface in contact with hard objects, easy to concave, scratch the surface.
