2. Production process
• Raw materials: ed from the latex of sterculia foetida tree, brought back after harvesting, separated from raw impurities (bark) and dried for best preservation.
• Mixing: Raw material after being separated from impurities, finely ground and mixed with refined alum sugar in a certain ratio.
• Incubation: The mixture is brewed with natural orange flavor after 2-3 hours (Orange flavor is extracted from fresh orange peel).
• How to create a natural orange flavor: Use fresh orange peel to get essential oil by squeezing it directly into glucose, then using a bag to filter the mixture of orange flavor and put it in mixed with semi-finished products, after 2- 3 hours when all the semi-finished products have been completely scented, we take out the scent bag.
• Disinfection: The mixture after being incubated is brought through the packing room and sterilized by ultraviolet (UV) light.
• Packing: Products are packed 15gam / pack, then packed in boxes (10 packs / box) and then into cartons (25 boxes / carton)
• Storage: Finished products are stored in a cool place, away from direct sunlight so as not to affect product quality.
