CLEAR GOLD EXTERIOR GLOSS TOPCOAT

Sylex Clear-Gold is a modified acrylic emulsion coating characterized by good elasticity, relative hardness, high durability, and a superior high-gloss finish. The product is researched and manufactured in accordance with specialized standards to form a coating film with minimal yellowing, excellent weather resistance, and strong adaptability to tropical climatic conditions.

As a premium colorless ultra-gloss coating, Sylex Clear-Gold is used as the final finishing layer for artistic decorative coating systems such as wall murals, faux wood columns, faux stone finishes, or as a protective clear coat over colored paint surfaces to enhance gloss, durability, and overall aesthetic value of the structure.

Composition: Acrylic-based resin, mineral fillers, additives, and water.

Application Instructions

• Stir thoroughly before use.
  

• Apply using roller, brush, or spray gun.

Thinning

• The paint is manufactured ready for use after thorough stirring.
  

• If dilution is required, do not exceed 10% clean water.

Drying Time

Application conditions: Surfaces to be coated must be clean, free from dust, grease, and oil, and allowed to dry for at least 12 – 48 hours prior to application.

Storage: Store the product in a dry, well-ventilated place. Keep paint containers upright and tightly sealed.

Recommended Coating System: For optimum results, apply 02 – 03 coats of Sylex Clear-Gold.

Application Advisory

• Surfaces must be clean, dry, free from peeling, and free of contaminants that may impair adhesion such as dust, grease, moss, or mold. Use appropriate chemical treatments to remove moss and mold. For chalking old wall surfaces, completely remove the existing paint film prior to application.

• All cracks must be properly repaired before painting.

• The moisture content of the wall surface must be below 16% as measured by a Protimeter moisture meter, or allow the surface to dry for at least 21 days under normal weather conditions (average temperature 30°C, ambient humidity 80%). Do not apply paint when the temperature is below 16°C or when ambient humidity exceeds 90%.
