Product Overview
Pattern printing paper, also known as marker paper, is specifically designed for garment pattern printing. It is used in computerized plotter machines to print cutting patterns from pre-designed digital files.
Types of Pattern Printing Paper
Customers can choose from four different types based on quality and pricing:
- White marker paper
- Off-white (ivory) marker paper
- Yellow marker paper
- Brown marker paper (commonly used for manual pattern drawing)
Paper Width Options
The standard width is 1.6m, but customers can request other sizes, including: 1.55m, 1.65m, 1.7m, 1.75m, 1.8m, 1.85m, 1.9m, 1.95m, 2.1m, 2.15m.
Usage & Installation Instructions
► Loading the Paper Roll:
- Remove the core holders from the plotter machine.
- Place the paper roll on the shaft, ensuring center alignment for stability.
- Secure the core holders and adjust them to balance the roll before printing.
- Ensure the paper is aligned properly to prevent creases.
- Recommended paper weight: 58 – 60 g/m².
- The paper must be free from dust, grit, or surface imperfections.

- Choosing the right width: Ensure the paper width matches your pattern size and machine capacity.
- Core diameter ion: Available in 76mm and 78mm, with 78 mm being the most compatible with various machines.
- Quantity calculation: Based on your monthly material consumption.
Consumption Calculation: For 58 g/m² paper, 1kg provides approximately 17m² of printing area.
