2. Classification of High-Temperature Steel Grades

Grade 304: Contains 18% Cr and 8% Ni, allowing heat resistance up to 800°C, with excellent machinability, ductility, and widespread industrial use.

Grade 316L: Similar to 304, with an additional 2-3% Mo and 10-14% Ni, providing enhanced heat resistance and oxidation resistance up to 1600°C and 700°C for continuous conditions. However, avoid use in the 800-1575°C range to maintain high heat resistance.

Grade 316Ti: An advanced version of 316 with added Titanium (≥5C), increasing heat and oxidation resistance. In high-temperature environments, 316Ti maintains outstanding mechanical stability, strength, and durability over time.
