➤ Fittings: Full range of connections, including fixed flanges, rotating flanges, compliant with EN, JIS, ANSI, SAE flange standards...

Thread types: BSP, JIC, NPT

➤ Connections: Camlock, quick coupling, pipe nipples, unions, and more

➤ 1 or 2 layers of stainless steel mesh for enhanced pressure resistance, with optional electrical insulation or thermal insulation based on usage environment and customer requirements

Flexible Hose Fabrication Process

The finished hoses are 100% manufactured using advanced TIG-MIG welding techniques with automatic machinery and a team of highly experienced welders.

Step 1: Preparation

– Cut the hose and the stainless steel sheath to the length specified by the customer

– Select fittings as per customer requirements, TIG welding machine with inert gas, filler rods, jigs, and welding attire

Step 2: Welding: Weld the hose ends, sheath, and outer cover

Step 3: Fitting Assembly: Weld the hose ends to the fittings to complete the hose assembly

Step 4: Testing:𧅤% pressure testing is performed for all hoses following the NAHAD standard
