THE PROCESS OF CONSULTING CUSTOMS SERVICES AT INTERTRANS
- The customer provides information about the goods and the purpose of the shipment
- Intertrans checks the standard HS code along with the appropriate tax VAT and import or export tax
- Intertrans advises on suitable import and export forms, optimal solutions and documents to be prepared
- Intertrans quotes Customs clearance services
- Sign a contract for customs clearance services
- Coordinate with Customers to perform services Customers only need to provide documents or prepare according to instructions, Intertrans takes care of the rest.
- Complete and send related documents and invoices
- You pay the customs clearance service fee according to the contract
STEPS TO CLEAR 1 SHIPMENT
Step 1: Prepare a full set of import and export documents
Step 2: Register digital signature with Customs (If you have not registered yet)
Step 3: Install VNACCS software
Step 4: Transmit declarations
Step 5: Get the delivery order from the shipping line
Step 6: Complete the set of customs documents
Step 7: Carry out procedures at the branch/border gate
Step 8: Wait for stream results (Green, Yellow, Red)
Step 9: Improvisation and flow flexibility
Step 10: Clearance according to the results
