Easy Usage

Simply turn on the machine, use the handheld plucker to remove the small and short hairs of a chicken, and wash the poultry with water. For those short hairs that are hard to reach or deeply embedded, you can use a clip to pull them out. In just a few minutes, youll have a perfectly plucked chicken ready for further processing and packaging.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. This machine is specifically for plucking short and small hairs of poultry (pigs, dogs, chickens, ducks and other similar-sized birds). It is not suitable for plucking large or long hairs, as it may cause deformation of the clip tip or break the cone head.
2. Add a of oil to the front bearing every two days to prevent overheating and extend the machines life. Clean and lubricate the machine every 1-2 weeks.
3. After 30-40 minutes of continuous use, allow the machine to rest to prevent overheating.
4. Handle the machine gently to avoid damaging the cone head. Always unplug the machine after use.
5. The machine has a lifespan of 4-5 months. Replace it with a new one to maintain maximum efficiency.
6. Refer to the accompanying image for notes about screws and clamps.
