POLYPROPYLENE YARN

1. Introduction:

- Polypropylene yarn has high mechanical strength (strong tear resistance and tensile strength), quite firm, not as flexible as PE, and is not stretched, thus being fabricated.

- Especially the ability to easily tear when there is a cut or a small hole.

- PP fibers withstand temperatures higher than 100 degrees Celsius, have properties to waterproof oxygen, steam, grease and other gases.

2. Uses of Polypropylene:

- Use as a single layer packaging containing food preservation, does not require strict anti-oxidant.

- PP is also produced as a coating film for multi-layer membranes to increase the permeability of gas, water vapor, create high printing ability, and easily tear to open the packaging (due to the creation of a cut).

- Used in producing water bottles, baby bottles, food storage boxes.

- Some products made of PP are heat resistant and can be used in microwave ovens.

- Maximum durability: 6.5g / d

- Reliability Persistence CV: ≦ 8.0%

- Elongation: M (+ -5.0%, 20 ≦ M ≦ 30)

- Scaling CV: ≦ 10.0%

- Shrinkage in boiling water: 7.0 (+ -2.0%)

- Oil content ratio: 1.0 (+ 0.3%)

- Product range: 200-3000D
