WET SCRUBBER

Another name for Wet scrubber is gas washing tower or inactivation tower, which is the basic equipment in treating exhaust pollution from the following fields: laboratories, emissions treatment of betalactam antibiotics, etc.

Pros:

Treat a variety of exhaust gas components by changing the corresponding neutralization solution (H₂O, NaOH, Ca(OH)2).
Combined with treating mild odor pollution with water-resistant activated carbon.
Small installation area.

Cons:

Low input temperature: <60 degrees Celsius.
Wastewater generated needs to be disposed of and periodically treated.

VENTURI SCRUBBER

As a variation of the gas washing tower, this has an additional Venturi unit that sprays high pressure solution before entering the gas washing tower.

Therefore, Venturi scrubber not only has all the advantages and disadvantages of a basic air washing tower, but it also has its own unique advantages:

Able to handle exhaust gas streams containing dust with concentrations as low as 100mg/Nm³.
Design the scrubber part flexibly in both vertical and horizontal directions to suit the typical exhaust properties of each industry.
Suit to dust emissions from antibiotics, cosmetics, and chemicals.
