1. Weasel coffee production processing service:

As we know, weasel coffee is a drink that is classified as a luxury for the rich. When enjoying this expensive type of coffee, few people know that its harvesting, processing, and packaging process is much more complicated than regular coffee to ensure the original flavor is retained. .

HUCAFOOD would like to introduce our weasel coffee production process:

✦ Step 1: Cleanse

This step must be done several times, to ensure there are no remaining impurities.

✦ Step 2: Dry coffee

Coffee beans will be spread evenly and dried in the sun so that the moisture content is only about 10% - 12%.

✦ Step 3: Peel

Coffee beans are put into the machine to separate the remaining outer shell, before going through the manual screening process again.

✦ Step 4: Complete

After filtering, we have standard weasel coffee to pack and bring to the roasting facility. Coffee beans will be graded according to each criterion, ranked into levels. Only qualified coffee beans are ed.
