■ Stages when using the Import Entrustment Service in Mr.Bui Import Export Trading Company:

• Inspect if the goods are subject to import ban, or import suspension.

• Check whether the product needs an export-import licences or not. If there is, the authorized company must apply for this license.

• After having a set of goods documents, the entrusted party will carry out procedures of import customs according to current regulations.

• It should be noted that the paperwork of entrustment import declaration will be signed in with the name of the entrusted importer, and it must be filled in with enough information about the person so that the goods can be imported.

■ Responsibilities of the entrusted party:

• Negotiate and sign foreign trade contracts with foreign sellers

• Complete the necessary procedures to import goods

• Payment for foreign sellers

• Declare and pay taxes: import tax, VAT, etc for imported goods

• Keeping import and export documents: contracts, commercial invoices, packing slips, and others.

• Export and return imported goods to the entrusted party with VAT invoice for imported goods

• Provide full information about goods, models, specification, etc for the customers using services to order.

• Coordinate with the entrusted party to negotiate contracts with foreign partners

• Transfer money for the entrusted party to pay the seller

• Finish payment of entrusted service fees

■ VAT included in service:

There are 2 VAT charges associated with this import entrustment:

• VAT for entrustment service fee: the normal 10% rate is the same as other services.

• Import VAT when returning consigned imports, the entrusted party must issue a VAT invoice.
