1. Thai Son S.P burnout printing technique:

▶ Our burn-out print garment sewing factory in Vietnam team only applies the burnout technique on CVC, TC, or TR fabric. CVC and TC are cotton-poly fabrics, whereas TR is polyester and rayon fabric.

▶ The chemicals used in burnout will make the cotton fiber burn out and the polyester remains. After burning out the cotton, the fabric is washed to remove the cotton dust left on the fabric, and a unique pattern is created.
