What is Calci carbonate?

➙ Calci carbonate is also commonly known as lime stone or chalk.

➙ Produced from natural limestone.

➙ Mainly used in water treatment, paper making, paint, cement and many other heavy industries.

Production process 

- To produce high quality calcium bag lime

- Caco3 limestone, after being calcined at 1200 ºc, will produce a lime product of Cao.

- After Calci carbonate is released, it will be passed through a conveyor belt to collect live rock and impurities.

- When the lime has been collected, it will be put into the jaw clamp to classify the size to meet export standards.

- The final stage of lime will be put into a 1-layer or 2-layer zumbo bag depending on the customers request.
