GBA GROOVE CUTTING PIECES

Product introduction:

- Groove Cutting Pieces are manufactured from carbide materials in two forms.

- The alloy grooves are molded into different forms and coated with high abrasion resistant oxide suitable for each material.

- Fine-tuned alloy groove cutting pieces have coated blades that work with each type of material and machining application to improve machining surface to a high quality.

Coating structure of GBA groove cutting pieces:

- Equipped with a high-stability MEGACOAT series coating, abrasion resistance helps to increase tool life.

- MEGACOAT cermet PV7040 is a special coating for steel processing to achieve high surface quality after finishing processing.

- With GM mechanism, the GBA turning piece can control the chipbreaking mechanism effectively.

Features:

- Increasing the life of cutting tools helps to extend machining time with MEGACOAT coating

- With Cermet coating helps the machining process to achieve good surface quality after finishing.
