CARTON BOX

* Product introduction:

Carton box (also known as carton box - carton packaging) is a product made from 100% natural paper, paper types can be imported or produced domestically. The product is then molded and glued with a specialized adhesive product to form boxes or crates used to hold the goods in transit.

* Types of carton box - carton packaging

• 3-layer Carton: Manufactured to use for goods of a relatively small weight and weight. 3-layer Carton is composed of 2 layers of normal flat outer and a layer of middle waves
• 5-layer Carton: Constructed by 2 outer layers and 3 inner layers: 2 waves and one flat. 5-layer carton is used for packing goods, furniture, machines ... big in weight and weight
• 7-layer Carton: Designed with 2 outer layers and 5 inner waves. 7-layer carton box is mainly used to hold export industries such as ceramics, porcelain, wood, electronics, machinery, ... 

* Carton manufacturing process - carton packaging

Step 1: Rolled paper material is put into corrugated machine to press into corrugated paper

Step 2: The semi-finished product is put into the printer (Flexo) to form Flexo printed sheet paper (Semi-finished product 2)

Step 3: The semi-finished product 2 goes through the stamping and slot cutting machine to form each finished carton board

Step 4: To complete the upper covers, we need the help of the stapler and carton sealer that will perform the task and produce the customized carton boxes.

Step 5: Checking the finished products to ensure quality before reaching consumers.
