TIRE CORD FABRIC

1. NYLON 6 AND NYLON 66
Nylon tire cord fabric is an inner reinforced layer used to make tire casing for trucks, cars as well as pickup trucks, motorcycles, bicycles.
Recently, to meet the increasing demand for high-speed tires, HAICATEX has increased production of both Nylon6 and Nylon66 fabric, commonly used for casing, the casing is designed to increase speed and limits the vehicles resistance caused by heat generation by the vehicles acceleration.
2. TECHNIC FEATURES
Heat-resistance and durability at high temperatures of nylon tire cord fabric are better than other materials, and thanks to its excellent adhesion to the rubber, it is mainly used as a ply laminated tires.
Nylon 66 tire cord fabric is commonly used for lining to improve the appearance of high speed tires, special tires for aircraft, etc.
