BANK SECURITY SERVICE
Types of bank security service:
- Protect the Banks headquarters (Headquarter, Branch, Transaction Office)
- ATM protection.
- Bank escort protection.
1. GENERAL TASKS:
- Security guards are responsible for all the requirements of the security work, based on the terms of the contract. The protection procedures and plans are agreed between the Bank and Dai Phong Vina 24h.
- Implement and maintain seriously and fully the regulations set out by the Bank.
- Be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of people, customers and assets of the Bank.
- Be ready to present on time to support, control and deal with emergency situations or abnormal incidents (intrusion, theft, vandalism, fire and explosion, water and electricity incidents, etc) record and make a detailed report to the Bank, according to procedures or under the highest authority of Dai Phong Vina 24h security force.
- Maintain the recording of information, progress of the situation, incident cases within the scope of responsibilities in the working diary.
- Maintain contact between working places via radio or other means and communications, in order to exchange information on the target situation and coordinate to handle incidents occurring in the shift.
- Based on the actual situation and requirements from the Bank, the responsible person of Dai Phong Vina 24h will report to the Bank on the general situation related to the security work at target.
- Provide the Bank with information and proposals related to security issues at the target.
- Use and maintain the equipments, tools provided by Dai Phong Vina 24h and the Bank, in accordance with the purpose of the work and the procedures.
- Participate in training courses, additional training courses, which are organized by the Bank, in order to improve the operational ability at the target.
2. SPECIFIC TASKS:
2.1. Protection position in the front and outside area:
- Greeting the board of the bank and open the car door.
- Managing security and equipment outside of the Bank. All shifts must hand over the details of these devices to avoid dumping responsibility to each other .
- Controlling all the Banks employees when entering or leaving by professional measures.
- Guide customers to contact the Bank and control all visitors by professional measures to prevent illegal acts (robbery, theft, disturbing security, life-threatening, terrorist, etc ).
- Inspecting and recording suspicious cases or gather information such as shape, dressing, hairstyle, types of vehicles, license plates for the purpose of investigation.
- Coordinate, support the Bank when required, in situations or incidents related to security.
- Arranging vehicles, ensuring order and ventilation, avoiding traffic jams.
- Always support customers and guide them to the nearest way.
- Ensuring security and order in front of the Banks exterior, when a customer enters by car, they must always come close to the door, look around, then accompany with the customer if they bring personal property in order to avoid the thief.
- Using umbrella to cover customers if it is raining outside
- When there is a need to go to the toilet or eat, there must be a replacement and before moving, they must hand over the specific work as well as tools and equipments.
- Note:
+ Do not allow street vendors, motorbike drivers, lottery tickets, shoemakers and beggars to gather in the front area of the Bank, if any, the guards must resolutely tell them to leave.
+ Do not allow customers to enter the Bank if these customers show signs of drunkenness, nerve, or have used drugs that do not control themselves.
2.2 Security positions in the inside area:
- The shift before must hand over the next shift a record for tangible and countable assets. For large and uncountable assets, they must be locked and sealed to hand over.
- Guards from both sides coordinate and support each other to handle abnormal incidents, confirm the number of properties that are handed over by the previous shift.
2.3 Head position:
- Remind and urge security staff to comply with the regulations on manners when working at the Bank.
- Be responsible for conveying information of the Banks leaders and departments to the security guards. Instruct and explain to the guards about the regulations and documents that the Bank requires.
- Report to the Bank on the situation of security, order and safety of the target.
- Regularly updating and supplementing the protection plan once every 1 year to meet changes and requirements arising from the Bank.
- Meet and discuss with leaders, departments of the Bank to listen to their opinions and timely advice to customers of the available issues in order to solve the problems in a short time.
- Attendance check, arrange daily staff schedule that suits each person working ability to ensure good work.
- Regularly training security guards to further improve their working skills, thereby also grasping the qualifications of the employees. If anyone does not meet the requirements, must retrain or notify the sales department to organize training for the whole team.
- Providing professional guidance and training for all newly arrived employees in order to quickly grasp the work requirements set by the customers.
- Prepare briefing reports for the Board of Directors of Dai Phong Vina 24h and participate in regular briefings with the leaders and departments of Dai Phong Vina 24h monthly.
- Organize team meetings periodically or irregular meetings when events occur, or according to work needs.
- Create a good relationship with the local government in order to receive the help from them when dealing with the issues.
- Keep records and documents related to the security at the Bank and save them in order.
- Solve all incidents that occur at the Bank based on the jurisdiction and responsibilities that are prescribed by the company.
- Replace security guards on duty shift when necessary.
