TAPIOCA STARCH
1. Product introduction:
- Ba Dong Tien tapioca starch is an important source of raw materials in food and pharmaceutical processing and in light industries such as cakes, synthetic fibers, pellets, denatured flour, soup powder, instant noodles, noodles, prawn crackers, spices, food, malt, etc.
- Ba Dong Tien tapioca starch is produced under a closed process, quality assurance according to ISO standards 9001: 2008, has obtained the certification of food hygiene and safety according to ISO 22000: 2005, TCVN 5603: 2008, HALAL.
2. Product specification:
- High starch content: > 85%
- Moisture: <14%
- Total ash content: <0.2%
- PH 5 - 7
3. Production process:
- The material from the dump is put into the hopper. From the cassava hopper that was put on a conveyor into the cassava tub, there was a sprinkler on the sink to make the material cleaner.
- After the washing process, cassava is separated from the shell and impurities. Continue the journey of clean cassava tubers to the chopping machine for chopping, and through the crusher to puree into a liquid mixture.
- This mixture is fed into a centrifuge to separate fiber, pulp and liquid starch. Fibers and pulp are separated and taken out.
- The separated liquid starch is put into the tank and through a series of centrifuges to remove purified sap from the starch. Continue to pass through the water separator to collect wet starch with a moisture content of about 40-45%.
- Wet powder is put through the drying system to produce dry starch products. Finished dry starch will be packed, stored in a careful storage and transported according to market demand.
