EXTRA WET PRIMER
1. Product introduction:
- Special TOA Extra Wet primer has maximum moisture with application of Hydro Block Power technology used to resist moisture, prevent alkali on new concrete and cement surfaces or high moisture surfaces (Under 40%) after only 7 days of cement filling.
- Film structure allows moisture to evaporate easily so this primer is an extremely useful solution for buildings that need to be folded to keep up with the progress.
- Used for walls, cement, indoor and outdoor concrete surfaces. Super adhesion technology from Europe also enhances the ability to associate with coating effectively, prevent blistering incidents or peeling due to high humidity.
