COLD COMPRESSED AIR DRYER
1. Product introduction:
- Compressed air dryer uses two heat exchangers, one for air and one for cold solvents. However, there is also a single heat exchanger that combines both functions.
- The purpose of having two heat exchangers is that cold air cools the hot air and reduces the size of the compressor needed. At the same time, the increase in the temperature of the air coming out from behind of the compressor prevents condensation from following the compressed air dryer.
- These dryers can save up to 40% in total energy and can only consume 10% of the maximum energy when idle. They use digital control system and speed compressors.
- Refrigerated air dryers will increase or decrease refrigerated compressor loads depending on compressed air demand. The dryer will help save money by reducing power consumption while continuously providing proper dew point. It also costs very low maintenance.
