What is SUS 430 stainless steel?

Grade 430 is a stainless steel primarily composed of Chromium and Iron. Its most distinctive feature is its magnetic response (attracted to magnets), making it widely used in induction cooktop products.

Beyond the standard grade, other variants include:

430F: Bar form, frequently used in automatic screw machines.
434: A version containing Molybdenum for enhanced corrosion resistance.
