Two outer layers (DeCo-Sheet):

Made from synthetic resin materials, forming a surface that closely resembles natural wood grain and is completely moisture-resistant.

Two inner layers (ABS Sheet):

Core layer:

Expanded PVC wood is pressed around the door leaf to ensure structural rigidity and secure lock installation. This is followed by multi-layer laminated veneer lumber (LVL hardwood), which minimizes expansion and warping.

Final layer (Honey-Comb):

Positioned at the center of the door leaf to enhance thermal insulation and soundproofing performance.

All layers of the ABS plastic door are bonded together using specialized industrial adhesive and compressed by a 7-ton hydraulic press for 10 hours. The finished door leaf has a thickness of 39 mm, ensuring high rigidity and resistance to deformation.
