Inspection policy

❉ Step 1: Upon receipt of goods, customers are kindly requested to carefully check the delivery details on the order, specifically: quantity, product type, and packaging specifications.

❉ Step 2: After verifying the quality of goods on the transport vehicle, the customer shall proceed to accept delivery from the carrier.

❉ Step 3: The buyer shall be responsible for unloading goods at the designated delivery location.

❉ Step 4: In case of damaged goods, the buyer has the right to refuse acceptance and sign the delivery note specifying the quantity of goods actually received and the quantity returned. The delivery note serves as the basis for product return, exchange, or warranty claims.
