EPOXY ADHESIVE 128S

1. Product Introduction – Epoxy Adhesive 128s:

- A synthetic chemical compound utilized in various industrial processing sectors, especially woodworking, stone processing, concrete, and metal industries.

- Characteristics:

• Component A: adhesive base, liquid form, colorless, mild odor.

• Component B: liquid hardener, sharp and slightly unpleasant odor, reddish-yellow in appearance.

• Once mixed, Components A and B form a pale yellow solution.

• Provides strong adhesion to all standard materials such as wood, stone, concrete, and metal.

• High mechanical strength, heat resistance, water resistance, and solvent resistance.

• Easy to apply, requires no specialized skills beyond following instructions.

• Long-lasting shelf life when unmixed, ensuring preserved quality over time.

2. Instructions for Use – Epoxy Adhesive 128s:

- Wear protective gloves and masks during use.

- Clean all surfaces to be bonded thoroughly.

- Ensure all surfaces are dry (wood surfaces should have 8–15% moisture content).

- Mix Component A and Hardener B in a 4:1 ratio.

- Stir until the mixture is homogeneous in color.

- Use the prepared adhesive within 10 minutes.

(Note: The greater the volume mixed, the faster it sets. Thus, mix only the amount required per task to avoid waste.)

- Apply the mixture evenly over the entire bonding surface.

- Curing time after application: 2–3 hours.

- Post processing time: minimum 4 hours. (Users may adjust hardener B to shorten or extend curing time, although this is not recommended.)
