Born and raised in Phung Xa – the cradle of Vietnams silk weaving tradition – Ms. Thuan has spent over 60 years immersed in threads and looms. With a passion for preserving and innovating the craft, she became the first in Vietnam to successfully weave lotus silk, and has since pioneered the application of silk in healthcare products.

When the COVID-19 pandemic emerged, she recognized the urgent need for a mask that could offer both protection and skin-friendliness. Thus, the mulberry silk mask was born – a perfect blend of tradition and innovation, nature and craftsmanship.

3-layer structure – Excellence in every detail

Inner Layer: Made of soft, smooth mulberry silk – cool and gentle on the skin, even for those with sensitivity.

Outer Layer: Woven from reused raw silk threads taken from discarded cocoons – creating a structured form that fits snugly while remaining breathable and moisture-absorbent.

Middle Layer: The highlight – a naturally flattened cocoon, spun by the silkworms themselves, without any machinery. This unique layer provides dust and bacterial filtration while keeping the mask light, breathable, and non-suffocating.

Each mask is entirely handmade, with a limited daily output of only about 10 pieces per artisan, ensuring the finest quality in every stitch.
