Neoprene rubber is designed in flat sheets with a thickness of 3mm to 50mm or in ribbed sheets with a thickness of 10mm to 25mm with various size formats. The rubber sheets, after being lined and bonded, are vulcanized in a closed autoclave with a stable vulcanization process and temperature to produce Neoprene rubber (Polychloroprene) products with excellent hardness and adhesion that meet the most stringent ASTM, ISO, JIS, DIN, and BS standards.
