School Cleaning Process:

Morning Shift:

Working hours: 06:30 – 07:30 and 11:30 – 12:30

• Prepare drinking water for students and faculty, conduct an overall hygiene inspection of classrooms, lecture halls, restrooms, staircases, and hallways, ensuring cleanliness and order.

• Clean the principal’s office, meeting rooms, faculty lounges, classrooms, laboratories, and common-use areas (sweeping, wiping desks and chairs, washing cups and glasses, preparing drinking water, replenishing hand towels, etc.).

• Sweep the schoolyard and hallways, mop floors, and clean ground-floor restrooms.

• Conduct thorough sanitation of all restrooms.

• Inspect and replenish drinking water supplies in student areas and faculty lounges as needed.

• Remove stains from walls, eliminate chewing gum residues in hallways and staircases (if any).

• Sweep classrooms, lecturer podiums, wipe down faculty desks, switch off unused electrical appliances (lights, fans, amplifiers), rearrange desks and chairs, clean classroom windows, and dust window frames.

• Dispose of leftover drinking water, collect and properly manage waste.

• Clean the meeting rooms and faculty water stations (sweeping, wiping, washing cups and glasses).

Afternoon Shift:

Working hours: 13:00 – 14:00 and 17:00 – 18:00

• Prepare meeting rooms, faculty water stations, and the principal’s office for operations (light cleaning, serving tea and water).

• Conduct another round of hygiene inspections, particularly in restrooms, and perform additional cleaning if necessary.

• Inspect and replenish drinking water supplies in student areas and faculty lounges as required.

• Sweep and clean restrooms, hallways, staircases, and balconies.

• Sweep classrooms, lecturer podiums, wipe down faculty desks, switch off unused electrical appliances (lights, fans, amplifiers), rearrange desks and chairs, clean classroom windows, and dust window frames.

• Dispose of leftover drinking water, collect and properly manage waste.

• Clean the meeting rooms and faculty water stations (sweeping, wiping, washing cups and glasses).
