Continuous Caterpillar Sandwich Panels Production Line Layout
#Technical specification:
1. (a) Thickness: Sandwich panel thickness: 40mm - 50mm - 60mm - 80mm - 100mm - 150mm - 200mm for PU or PIR.
(b) PU foam density: Roof and wall sandwich panel 40±5 kg/m³.
(c) Panel width: Roof sandwich panel 1000mm wall sandwich panel 600 mm~1125 mm.
(d) Thickness of galvanized color steel coil: 0.4mm~0.7mm2.
2. The production speed of PU (PIR) is different.
PU(PIR): 6 M/min (sandwich panel 40mm). 2.5 M/min (sandwich panel 200mm)
3. The speed of forming the machine is 0~12m/min and adjustable. The length and amount of production can be set and counted automatically by a control panel.
4. Hydraulic material discharge stand can feed steel sheets automatically and keep accuracy during long-time operation.
5. Caterpillar conveyor contains upper/lower steel construction, double-sided block belt, and steel panel caterpillar. The effective thickness can be up to 200mm so it can provide a large variety of roof and wall products easily by changing the spec of the side blocks.
6. PU foam injection machine:
(a) The patent low-pressure type circuit mixing head is designed small and portable with motionless convection and rigid component, no abrasion, no need for expendables, no dead space, no remaining material, no block up and excellent mixing of raw material compared with high-pressure...
(b) The double mezzanine material tank is airtight to keep the raw material fresh. It is designed with spiral penstock and can heat and cool quickly and smoothly.
(c) The machine is controlled by an inverter and precise metering pump. It can easily set the material flow ratio with a large adjustable range. The circle flow and injection are designed with separate speed control to keep the similarity of circle flow pressure and injection pressure. This can ensure the injection quantity consistent during the operation.
(d) The stainless filter can be removed and cleaned easily. Filtering the impurity of raw material can increase the operational life of the pump.
(e) The patent auto-washing equipment is designed for long-life operation and can work independently even the electricity is shut down to ensure the mixing head is not to be blocked.
(f) The auto material feeding system can automatically check and feed the raw material to the tank to sustain the supply.
(g) The patent swing spray system can spray the resin evenly on the panel to provide consistent foam density.
7. Band saw cutter: Maximum thickness is 200mm. The suction channel is reserved for an additional suction system to prevent dust pollution.
8. The characteristic of this continuous caterpillar sandwich line is ALL parts including forming machine, PU injection, lamination, conveyor, cutter, and auto stacking equipment are synchronized by a central Ratio Setter control system. The user can easily control the speed through the main speed controller (VR).
